Safetly started as a niche solution for the security industry. The founder saw firsthand how large and small companies lacked structure, transparency, and fairness. Who got to work was often determined by personal relationships with a middle manager rather than competence and performance.

Capable colleagues left the industry due to poor management, and high staff turnover became the norm. Technology had modernized other parts of operations, but staffing was stuck in old ways without systems or clarity.
